  • Yes — that's contrast therapy, and it's our most popular experience. Alternating hot and cold is one of the most effective recovery protocols available.

  • Generally yes for healthy individuals. If you have heart conditions, are pregnant, or have medical concerns, check with your doctor first.

  • 2–4 times per week is ideal for most people. Members with unlimited access often come daily.
